Jackie graduated with honors from both Galeton High School, Galeton, PA, and Olean Business Institute, Olean, N.Y. She is an experienced legal assistant, having worked as a litigation paralegal for over 28 years. She has worked for Attorney Raymond E. Ginn, Jr. for over 20 years. She further served as a legal assistant for Attorney John D. Lewis for 8 years. She is the office manager/bookkeeper and is responsible for all aspects of managing the firm and its accounting.

Jackie is a member of the Pine Creek Valley United Methodist Church where she serves as assistant pianist. She is Treasurer of the Elk Run Cemetery Association and is also a member of the Women of the Moose and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
